Find us in Salida or Gunnison

Driving Details: Our street, Rush Drive, is so new that it doesn't show up on many maps. But we're not hard to find! Our new Salida clinic is next door to the new hospital (which is located one mile west of the old hospital location.)

Rush Drive is on the west edge of Salida, just off of Highway 291 (which is also 1st St. if you are driving through Salida, coming from the east.) You'll turn south off of Highway 291 onto Rush Drive.

Rush Drive is located between Mesa Lane to the east (the road that climbs up the steep hill) and County Road 154 to the west. (You will immediately cross a cattle guard if you turn onto County Road 154.)

Our clinic is located in the southeast corner of the medical campus. It is a brown stucco and stone building.
